THE MINISTER DELEGATE AT THE PRESIDENCY OF THE REPUBLIC IN CHARGE OF PUBLIC CONTRACTS is in charge of the organisation and functioning of public contracts.

He is therefore in charge of:

- launching invitations to tender in collaboration with ministries and relevant ministries;

- awarding public contracts and monitoring their implementation on the field in partnership with ministries and relevant ministries;

- participating, where need be, in the financial plan of public contracts in collaboration with ministries and relevant ministries.
