President Paul BIYA reshuffle’s the Government

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Paul BIYA signed five decrees on 2 March 2018 to reorganise the Government.

The now defunct Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation was split into two new ministries: the Ministry of Territorial Administration and the Ministry of Decentralisation and Local Development. 

This was followed by four other decrees appointing 19 ministers, including: a new Minister, Director of the Civil Cabinet – Mr. MVONDO AYOLO Samuel, a new Deputy Secretary General at the Presidency of the Republic – Mr. ELUNG Paul CHE, and a new Minister, Deputy Director of the Civil Cabinet – Mr. BABOKE Oswald.
