Missions :
 

The Follow-up and forecasts Unit assists the Director of Cabinet:

• in the follow-up of the review of applications and the use of special forms;
• in monitoring the operation of the suggestion box in collaboration with the services of the Secretariat General;
• in the follow-up of the execution within the given deadlines, of directives from the Prime Minister to ministers, technical structures attached and to the civil society through the Cabinet;
• in the follow-up of the summary of the notes of the situation;
• in preparing official journeys and ceremonies presided over by the Head of Government in liaison with the Chief of Protocol and the Head of the Security Service;
• in the monitoring and evaluation of strategic or sectoral projects or programmes in collaboration with the administrations concerned;
• in the follow-up of any other business or mission entrusted to it by the Prime Minister or the Director of Cabinet.

In general, the Follow-up and Forecasts Unit supports the analysis, the due diligence and the monitoring of the execution of the directives given by the Prime Minister or the Director of Cabinet.
