Eight months after the signing of the Strategic Partnership Agreement on Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the sidelines of the Sino-Africa Summit attended by President Paul Biya las September 2018, the Executives of the Huawei Global group on April 11, 2019 presented the level of execution of the projects included in the agreement to Prime Minister, Head of Government, Dion Ngute.
